It's a great concept. An all-in-one screwdriver and hammer all in one. It does some things well, but there are disappointments too:PROS 1. Seven interchangeable heads, a box cutter, and a hammer in one. 2. Screwdriver has a "reverse" feature, enabling you to dial back a rotation without unscrewing. CONS 1. Only two Phillips heads and two flatheads. Not a lot of versatility for the variety of screw heads you deal with on a regular basis. I've had several all-in-one drivers that could handle smaller machine screws, for example. 2. side compartment falls out of the handle a lot. This is quite annoying. 3. Would have preferred to have a full hammer head at the top as opposed to the hybrid we're given. The nail remover at the top is an after thought that isn't going to accommodate a lot of head sizes and has very little torque. So this is a convenient tool to have around the house, but I'd rather take... One of the features I really liked is that all parts that can be interchanged (such as bits) have secured compartments. I have been given multi-use tools in the past and the parts go missing as they cannot be secured.The construction of this is exceptional. While is certainly will not replace your tools, it will be great to have around. Highly recommended. |
