What a waste of money. And it's non returnable. My husband followed the directions completely. The device doesn't open but rather slips off the end. My husband has had a prostatectomy and the penis shrinks when he is sitting. The problem is that the device is too long and his thighs upll the device over the ends. If the device was 1 1/2" long rather than its 2 1/2" in length and if there were size adjustments on both ends it would probably work. My husband is not fat.
