I took the previous formulation and do not remember two of those pills being as powerful as this one. As a result there are some pluses and minuses. The pluses....it amps your workout up to the next level...or two. I run on the treadmill and before taking this I could only run maybe 2 songs in a row before I got tired and had to walk in a song or two before I could run for another song. But with this product I can run for four or five songs in a row no problem. It does suppress my appetite so I do not feel hungry which is nice as well.
