This is one of the easiest pills to sawllow. Period. I was suprised. I needed more Vitamin D in my body since I live in Upstate NY. There is never much sunshine here. I took some follow up blood tests for my Dr. and there were no complaints about my vitamin D levels after taking this product. I was glad. The price was great too and product is of exceptional quality. This is the first pill I have ever given 5 stars too. I don't give that lightly.
